Creating spaces for learning, reflection, and connection within organizations and communities.

Whether you're a business, church, nonprofit, school, or community organization, every group wants its people to thrive. Supporting well-being, strengthening relationships, and fostering meaningful connection not only benefits individuals, it contributes to healthier, more resilient organizations.
I help organizations explore mental well-being and connection by creating opportunities for learning, reflection, and communication.
Interactive presentations designed to increase understanding and provide practical tools around mental health, relationships, communication, and well-being.
Structured conversations designed to help groups listen, reflect, and better understand one another during times of growth, change, or challenge.
Learning together can open the door to healthier conversations, stronger relationships, and a workplace where people can do their best work.
Workshops are designed to provide engaging, evidence-informed education on topics that support emotional well-being, communication, and connection. Rather than focusing on diagnosis, these workshops invite participants to explore common human experiences with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools they can apply in everyday life.
Workshops go beyond information-sharing by inviting participants to approach themselves, one another, and everyday challenges with curiosity rather than judgment. Through reflection, conversation, and interactive activities, participants practice seeing familiar experiences in new ways, building skills that can support communication, adaptability, creativity, and connection over time.

They need a space to talk.
These structured conversations are designed for teams navigating change, tension, differing perspectives, or a desire to strengthen connection. Using a guided, respectful process, participants are invited to share their experiences, listen with curiosity, and build greater understanding without pressure to persuade or agree.
Unlike mediation, the goal is not to determine who is right or to resolve every issue. Instead, the focus is on creating conditions where people can better understand one another, reflect on their own perspectives, and strengthen the relationships that support healthy collaboration.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my work is grounded in the belief that people are shaped by their relationships, communities, and experiences. I approach organizational wellness through curiosity, compassion, and respect for the stories people bring with them.
These services are educational and consultative in nature and are not psychotherapy, mediation, or crisis intervention. While informed by my experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, workshops and dialogue sessions are designed to support learning, reflection, and connection rather than diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
I work with businesses, nonprofits, churches, schools, universities, and community organizations.
Workshop length varies depending on the topic, format, and organization's needs. Schedule a consultation to discuss what would work best for your group.
Yes. Customization may include adapting examples, emphasis, activities, and discussion to align with your organization's goals and audience. It does not necessarily mean creating an entirely new workshop.
We begin with a conversation about your organization's goals, audience, and current needs. A brief participant survey may also be used to understand what participants already know and hope to gain from the workshop.
Facilitated dialogue follows a structured process designed to create space for participants to reflect, listen, and share from their own experiences. The session begins by establishing shared participation agreements and inviting participants to consider their hopes and concerns for the conversation.
Participants then respond to a series of carefully designed questions, with time to reflect before sharing. The conversation gradually moves from personal experiences and perspectives toward genuine questions and curiosity between participants. The dialogue closes with an opportunity to reflect on the conversation and consider what participants are taking away from the experience.
The process is structured, but is not about reaching agreement or determining who is right. The goal is to create conditions for people to better understand one another and explore perspectives that may not otherwise have space to be heard.
Disagreement is not something I try to eliminate. Shared participation agreements and a structured process help create space for participants to listen, reflect, and engage with different perspectives respectfully.
I generally recommend beginning the process 2-3 months before the desired workshop date. This allows time for consultation, participant surveys, preparation, and customization. Timing may vary depending on your organization's needs and the scope of the engagement.
Pricing varies based on the format, duration, group size, and level of customization. A proposal will be provided after the initial consultation.
