Step 2: Check your email for the link to the TherapyAppointment portal. This will be the place to send secure messages to your therapist, fill out and submit paperwork, and schedule appointments.
Step 3: Create a sign in and password.
Step 4: Follow the directions to fill out the Biographical Info Form, as well as read and sign both the Informed Consent and the Financial Agreement.
Step 5: In the "Profile" tab, enter your personal information including your physical address, emergency contact, credit card, and additional phone numbers. This is also the location to enable "Reminders", so you can be notified of your next appointment.
Step 6: In the "Dashboard" tab, you can enable two-factor Authentication to add a second layer of protection to your account.
Step 7: In the "Messages" tab, create a new message and attach a scanned picture of your photo id to send to your Therapist. Inform Therapist you have completed all the steps and would like to schedule an appointment.
Elizabeth will contact you within 24 hours to set up your online therapy appointment.
For each therapy session, Elizabeth will send you a link to a Google Meet therapy room via the TherapyAppointment messaging platform.
